Forested & pastured local pork

We select our hogs from heritage breeds known for their foraging characteristics. Garnering up to 50% of their feed from clover, grass, roots and nuts, we supplement them with non-GMO, soy-free feed. These hogs live a life full of sunshine, fresh well-water, human interaction and are moved to a fresh pasture & forest weekly. This pasturing lifestyle results in a richer omega-3 content, denser mineral and vitamin profile, and a slightly sweeter meat.
